FAQs
How do I know which tools are right for my department?
Many things need to be taken into account when determining the right fit for your department including your budget, long term cost of ownership, space limitations, and usage. Start by determining money, space, and usage then contact local reputable dealers to see what works for your needs. While battery tools typically take up less space than traditional hydraulics they also require periodic battery replacement. Lined hydraulic tools are lighter in weight but require pumps that can be noisy or truck mounted.
Is there a way I can try before I buy?
Absolutely! Local dealers should always provide you with hands on demonstration and tools trials to better facilitate an educated decision. Rescue Specialists maintain a cache of gas powered and battery powered hydraulic rescue tools as well as top of the line stabilization struts and lifting bags.
Is there any warranty?
While different tools carry warranties specific to that manufacturer all of our rescue tools carry a Forever Warranty covering everything the manufacturer makes.
Is there an already established customer list I can look at?
All customer lists are confidential and not to be used for solicitation but for factual investigation not only of our company’s products but also of our companies service record.
